Data show that, at present, Chinas production enterprises, 73% of enterprises have car fleet, 73% of enterprises have warehouses, the average storage area of 3120 square meters, logistics handling machinery own rate of 60%. Under the trend of enterprises continuous strengthening of their own logistics services, it is of great practical significance to study how the production enterprises integrate existing logistics resources and improve the performance of enterprise logistics activities.
