摘 要 烘燥机械在染整生产中的应用很广，从练漂、染色、印花直至整理等各工序之间，织物总要经过烘燥机械，已完成各种不同的工艺加工。烘燥机械通常的作用是靠热能或电磁能，使物料内的水分蒸发而成为干燥的物料。在染整加工中，不但作为成品需要烘燥；对于半成品在两道工序之间往往也需要烘燥。随着工业化的迅速发展，烘燥机械不仅起了蒸发水分，干燥织物的作用，而且可以使合成纤维纯纺或混纺织物在一定温度的条件下，发生某些物理变化或化学变化。在叠层干燥单元机设计中，利用薄膜与布的粘合，通过烘筒烘燥传递热量来提高粘合效率。经过纺织染整工业上的平幅，冷却，胶合，烘筒烘燥及卷装来达成整个设计目的。纵观近几年国内外各类染整机械的发展状况，虽然传统的染整机械仍然是前处理印花、染色和后整理等四大印染工艺中的主流设备，但是在内在质量和技术水平方面却已经有了质的飞跃。 关键字：烘燥机械，冷却，烘筒烘燥 The Design of Cylinder Drying Machine ABSTRACT For drying machinery,there is a wide application in the dyeing and finishing production.From the scouring and bleaching, dyeing, printing and so on until finishing processes between the total fabric after drying machinery, has completed a variety of processing.Drying Machinery usual role is to rely on thermal or electromagnetic energy, so that materials inside the water evaporation into the dry materials.In dyeing and finishing, not only as a finished drying required; for semi-finished products in between the two processes often required drying.With the rapid development of industrialization, Drying Machinery, not only the evaporation from water, dry the role of fabric, but can also make synthetic fiber spinning pure or blended fabric at certain temperature conditions, the occurrence of certain physical changes or chemical changes.The use of film and the adhesive fabric, textile dyeing and finishing industry on the adoption of flat rate, cooling, glue, dry and package design to achieve the purpose, when we look at various types at home and abroad in recent years the development of dyeing and finishing machinery, although the traditional Dyeing and finishing machinery is still before the deal with printing, dyeing and finishing processes such as dyeing and printing of the four mainstream equipment, but including at the level of quality and technical aspects of it have been a qualitative leap.
