International migration has experienced some major new developments in terms of its total scale, direction of flow , rate of flow , and total amount. Many countries and international organizations increasingly attach importance to the migration issue. The focus of migration research has been gradually shifted from the receiving countries to the sending countries and from the negative aspects to the positive aspects.
