西方企业一般培训理论综述（A review of general training theories in Western firms） General training refers to the training offered by an enterprise to bring about external training to the real business. Are companies willing to invest in this kind of external training? How do you determine the level of investment and costs associated with general training? These problems have attracted the attention of Western labor economists. This paper attempts to systematically and briefly analyze and summarize the general training theory of enterprises. I. early research and general training theory of Becker Enterprise training has always been the focus of economists. Dry term economists recognize that under market economy conditions, adequate levels of skills can be achieved through training, but also indicate the problems that may be faced by enterprises in the implementation of on-the-job training.
