Introduction By twenty-first Century the goal of talent cultivation, the advanced teaching plan of domestic, such as ACM IEEE CS computer program (PJ.Denning, the 2001 president) the discipline system of computer science and technology, the teaching content is divided into nine subjects (such as the algorithm and data structure, system structure, operating system, programming language, etc.). The research, development and application of practical work are summarized as three processes: theory, abstraction and design. According to the dialectical relationship between the modern education thought processing theories and using the computer, between quality and ability, we find that the traditional education thought to impart knowledge for the purpose of modern education thought is to cultivate students ability to discover problems, analyze and solve problems as the main objective.
