School of Business Administration , Yunnan University of Finance and Trade ,Kunming 650 10 1 , China) Abstract : By using the theories of innovation and the ideas of integration , an analysis is made on the integrative innovation of the Advanced Manufacturing Paradigms mainly from such asp ect s as the obj ect s ’subsystem , tech nology subsystem , social p sychological structure subsystem , organizational subsystem and management subsys tem , and a summary is put forward about the characteristics of the Advanced Manufacturing Paradigms so that the understanding of the system acknowledge can be further strengthened .
