再保险业务管理规定（Provisions on the administration of reinsurance business） Provisions on the administration of reinsurance business Provisions on the administration of reinsurance business ~10 (May 21, 2010 China Insurance Regulatory Commission Order No. eighth promulgated 2010, effective July 1, 2010) Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 in order to regulate the development of reinsurance market, strengthen the administration of the reinsurance business, the insurance industry to achieve healthy sustainable development, on the basis of the Peoples Republic of China insurance law (hereinafter referred to as the insurance law), Peoples Republic of China administration of foreign funded insurance Companies Ordinance and other relevant laws and administrative regulations, the provisions are formulated. The term reinsurance as mentioned in the present Provisions refers to the act of transferring the insurance business undertaken by the insurer to some other insurer in second cases. The direct insurance mentioned in these Provisions, also known as the original insurance, is the insurance of the relative reinsurance, and the insurance business is directly concluded by the policy holder and the insurer. The term reinsurance as mentioned in the present Provisions refers to the transfer of the insurance business transferred by the reinsurer to other insurers. The term contractual reinsurance as mentioned in these Provisions refers to an advance contract between the insurer and other insurers, which stipulates that the insurance business undertaken by the insurer within a certain period shall be operated in part with other insurers. The term temporary reinsurance as mentioned in the present Provisions refers to the insurance business of an insurer with which the insurer agrees to undertake the reinsurance business with other insurers in the interim.
