暖通空调设计规范依据88（HVAC design code based on 88） 1 General Provisions 1.0.1 in order to ensure the quality of domestic (commercial) central air conditioning design, the design conforms to the basic requirements of safety, applicability, economy, sanitation and environmental protection, and this guideline is formulated. 1.0.2 This guideline applies to all kinds of residential buildings in the hot summer and cold winter zone of Jiangsu and Shanghai. The design is based on the comfort requirements and the cooling capacity is in the 7~80KW. 1.0.3 air conditioning design, in addition to the implementation of the guidelines, should be in line with the current standards and specifications. 2 terms 2.0.1 domestic (commercial) central air conditioning For residential buildings and general public buildings, cooling capacity in the 7-80KW range, with centralized cooling and heating comfort air-conditioning system. 2.0.2 air conditioning system Air return air system with air cooling, filtering and other treatment. 3 design parameters 3.1 outdoor meteorological parameters The outdoor meteorological parameters are adopted according to the appendix of the heating and ventilation and air conditioning design regulation (GBJ-19-87 2001 Edition) and the HVAC meteorological data set. 3.2 indoor air quality 3.2.1 indoor air calculation parameters for winter air conditioning shall comply with the following provisions: The temperature is 18~22 DEG C; the indoor work area wind speed is 0.4m/s; the fresh air change time is 1 times /h; 3.2.2 calculation parameters of indoor air in summer air conditioning shall comply with the following provisions: The temperature is 24~26 degrees centigrade; the relative humidity is 65%; the indoor work area wind speed is 0.5m/s; the fresh air change time is 1 times /h 3.2.3 the concentration of inhalable particulates in indoor air should be less than 0.15mg/m3 The noise level of 3.2.4 ventilation and air conditioning system transmitted to main rooms should be les
