Unit 1 What subjects do you study?
教案
一、教学目标
1.知识目标:
(1)熟练掌握本课所学的有关课程名称的词汇,如subjects Chinese, English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Music, Art, Computer Studies等。
(2)熟练掌握重点句型,并能用英语询问他人和介绍自己课程的设置情况。
2.能力目标:
(1)学生能够认读课程表,制作课程表。
(2)能用英语询问他人和介绍自己课程的设置情况。
3.情感目标:
(1)在情景创设中培养学生合作学习的能力。
(2)通过多种形式的游戏和活动,激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
二、教学重难点
New words: Chinese, English, Maths, Science, Music, Art, PE, Social Studies, Computer Studies.
New structures:
What subjects do you study at school?
We study Chinese, English and Maths.
Do you have music?
No, we don’t.
Yes, we do. We have music on Tuesdays.
三、教学过程
Step 1. Warm up
T: Good morning, everyone! Now is our English time. What lessons do you have today?
S: Chinese, Maths, music, science, and English.
T: Yeah, Chinese, Maths, music, science, and English. Right, today we will learn Unit1 What subjects do you study at school? First, let’s review the new words.
(教师打开多媒体,展示出图片,让学生根据相关图片,说出所对应的单词。)
Step 2. Present:
T: I know you have many subjects at school, right?
S: Yes.
T: What subjects do you study at school?
S: Chinese, Maths, music, science......
T: Yeah, you study Chinese, Maths, music, science and so on.
(由此对话引出第一个句型:--What subjects do you study at school? --We study..... 并板书于黑板上。)
T: Do you have Home Science?
S: No, we don’t.
T: Do you have music?
S: Yes, we do.
(此处引出第二个句型:--Do you have Home Science? --No, we don’t. Yes, we do. We have....on.... 并板书于黑板上)。
教师领读新句型,然后找学生读,同桌对话练习读,直至学生熟练掌握。
Step 3. Practice:
T: (老师打开自制的一张课程表) Now I have a new class timetable. Suppose it is your new class timetable. Can you make a dialogue in pairs like this?
(多媒体上显示出对话练习的基本句型结构,便于学生模仿。可鼓励学生根据以前所学到的知识,进行适当发挥。)
同桌组织并练习对话。老师在教室循环指导。五分钟后找同桌到讲台上表演对话。
Step 4. Game Time:
老师拿出自制的两张课程表,并粘贴于黑板上。
T: Now is our game time .Do you like playing games?
S: Yes.
T: Yesterday, I did a survey in the USA and England. I know something about their subjects in their countries. And I did two class timetables of the two countries. Now I’ll divide you into two grou
