Abstract: with the advent of global economic integration, Chinas enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition at home and abroad. To consolidate and enhance their core competitiveness, and to outsource business related to the core competitiveness of enterprises, will become the direction of internal reform in the future. This article mainly from the perspective of human resource management, based on summarizing the results of previous studies, with analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise human resource management outsourcing, so as to provide a reference for the decision of human resource management outsourcing.

Before and after 1980s, the ldquo triggered by American enterprise reform and rdquo outsourcing gradually spread to developed countries, such as Asia and Europe, and rapidly became the trend of the global business community. Now, outsourcing is not limited to traditional manufacturing outsourcing activities, it expanded the scope, continuously improve the quality of service, even traditionally regarded as human resource management activities can not be separated and the organization has been outsourcing.
At present, this concept has just been introduced into China, and the domestic company has few perfect human resource management outsourcing implementation plan. But because the interests of drivers and external policy environment, human resource management outsourcing will represent the general trend of enterprise reform, at the same time, a lot of social education research institutions have to show its strong interest and great attention of human resource management outsourcing theory and practice fields has become more and more deep.
