How can an enterprise construct an effective corporate culture system and operation mechanism? How should the gap between corporate culture cognition and practice be bridged? An enterprise to promote, for or against what, and entrepreneurial values are closely linked, leading entrepreneur is the core of an enterprise culture; enterprise culture is a kind of objective existence; the corporate culture is actually an expectation among the enterprise members formed in the process of interaction. We look at the culture of an enterprise, the most need to understand is that employees, leaders in what manner to treat society, treat life, treat work, treat colleagues This is the basic meaning of enterprise culture.
