In our country, do enterprises have the right of fines (or the right to economic punishment) for their employees? This is a legal problem that many workers and business managers often think about but are not clear about. This paper attempts to explore this issue.
First, the concept, characteristics and manifestations of the enterprises fine right
Generally speaking, fines imposed by citizens refer to the economic penalties imposed by the state administrative law enforcement organs and judicial organs on the citizens in violation of the laws, administrative regulations and regulations. No other organ, organization or individual may, without the power and powers prescribed by law and a clear legal basis, impose a fine on citizens.
Enterprises impose fines on employees they employ, which are specific economic entities that impose economic penalties on particular persons.
