Measures for the evaluation and management of carriers
1 Purpose
To enhance the enthusiasm of carrier, enhance the carriers operation level, incentive carriers improve price, quality, delivery, safety and service quality, improve the carrier business performance and competitiveness, these measures are formulated, the way for the company to conduct carrier assessment and reward basis.
2 scope of application
2.1 these Measures apply to all logistics service providers that provide transportation services to our department.
2.2 these subsidiaries shall be implemented in accordance with these measures.
3 responsibilities
3.1 support service department: responsible for the price of the carrier assessment score, evaluation of carriers in the monthly and quarterly scores, organize quarterly and annual meeting and the carrier according to the evaluation score rewards and punishment;
3.2, business department: responsible for the carrier evaluation, delivery, quality, safety and coordination of the project scoring, the monthly schedule of the above items of data statistics and presentation.
3.3 operations management department: responsible for the carrier evaluation of the day-to-day management of the scoring, monthly routine management of day-to-day data statistics and reports.
3.4 subordinate subsidiaries: responsible for selecting and evaluating the carrier, with reference to the companys carrier comprehensive evaluation methods to develop sub company evaluation methods, monthly
