With the development of global economic integration and the deepening of Chinas entry into WTO, enterprises have brought wider market space, but the market competition has become more intense. Competition in the market is, in the final analysis, the competition for talents. How to attract talents, retain talents and make good use of talents is a major problem for each enterprise to survive and develop. To fully realize the value of talents, we must set up an effective incentive mechanism for human resources.
First, the necessity of establishing incentive mechanism
The purpose of the enterprise human resources management is the rational use of human resources, to maximize efficiency in the use of human resources, to ensure that the organic combination of various elements of the enterprise and continuous coordinated development, the enterprise can operate efficiently, produce high quality products to satisfy and adapt to the rapid development of society.
