国际贸易术语解释通则》(INCOTERMS) Incoterms (InternationalRulesfor the Interpretation of TradeTerms) is the International Chamber of Commerce for the different interpretation of various trade terms unified enacted in 1936, named Incoterms 1936 ( INCOTERMS1936 ). Then, in order to meet the needs of the development of the practice of international trade, the International Chamber of Commerce has in 1953, 1967, 1976, 1980 and 1990 conducted several amendments and supplements, which, in 1990 the International Chamber of Commerce to make trade terms can adapt to the increasing use of electronic data interchange (EDI) and continuous innovation of technological change has made the comprehensive transportation the revision of the rules. For the use of electronic messages to further adapt to the development of trade terms, the world customs free zones in the transaction and the number of changes in the mode of transportation, the International Chamber of Commerce amended again on the general, and published Incoterms 2000 in September 1999, called INCOTERMS2000 (hereinafter referred to as the 2000 General). The general rule of 2000 came into force on January 1, 2000. Scope of application of the general principles of 2000: The general rule of 2000 defines the scope of application. The general rule is limited to the matters relating to delivery in the rights and obligations of the parties to the sales contract. Its goods refer to tangible goods and do not include invisible goods, such as computer software. The general deals only with the delivery related matters, such as goods, import and export customs clearance, the packing of the goods, the buyers obligation to take delivery of the goods, and perform the obligations of the documents, and does not involve the transfer of ownership of goods and other property of the breach of contract, breach of the consequences and some exemption etc..
