法理学本科大纲（Undergraduate syllabus of Jurisprudence） Jurisprudence Sovereignty issues: Jurisprudence and jurisprudence Professor of teaching (jiangsg@pku.edu.cn) Course description: This course focuses on the law and sovereignty, with serious cases of American Constitution and the constitution of the Chinese, hand training students reading ability of case and literature, thus grasp the legal analysis and reasoning ability, cultivate legal thinking; two is based on these cases and literature review, a comprehensive grasp of the concept of sovereignty and thinking of jurisprudence.
