Abstract ：This paper studies trust evolution in knowledge transfer of university-industry cooperation and innovation network from the dynamic perspective. It constructs asymmetric evolutionary game model of knowledge transfer in university-industry cooperation and innovation network and analyzes the effect of parameter variation on collaborative innovation networks trust. The research has shown that income distribution coefficient, speculative gains, knowledge transfer cost and other factors affecting the university-industry cooperation and innovation knowledge transfer network and dynamic evolution of trust in the results, then simulates through netlogo to clear knowledge transfer strategy selection and trust evolutionary trend of universities knowledge and enterprises in the case of different benefit.
