  简述甘肃省第九届“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品论文 简述甘肃省第九届“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品论文_导读:theirteachersunderthebackgroundofthene,asprovetheruralteachers′teachingabilityandpromotethenereforminruralareasprehensively,Thisresearchcarriedonaninvestigationofsecondaryschoolteachers′teachingability,basedonquestionnairesco 新课程背景下农村中学生对教师教学能力要 求调查――以甘肃省天水市农村中学为例 摘要:随着新课程改革的全面展开,农村中学生对教师的知识水平和教学能力有了更高的要 求。 为了了解农村中学生对教师的教学能力要求、提高农村教师教学能力、全面深入地推进 农村地区的新课程改革,本研究以甘肃省天水市农村中学生为对象,对中学教师的教学能力 要求进行了调查。 结果显示:农村中学生,无论是初中生还是高中生,都非常重视任课教师 的学科专业知识、师生交往与沟通能力、课堂教学能力、教学反思能力、知识更新能力、现 代化教学手段应用能力等;农村中学教师不仅要具有扎实的学科专业知识,同时还要具有非 常强的能产生实际学习效果的教育教学技巧。 与初中生相比,高中生更看重教师的课堂教学 能力、教学反思能力、知识更新能力、教育科研能力、师生交往与沟通能力,也更看重教师 实际的教学效能。 关键词:新课程 农村中学 教师教学能力 Abstract: ent of the ne reform, Secondary school students in rural areas are having a continuous higher request for their teachers′ knoents students have on their teachers under the background of the ne, as prove the rural teachers′ teaching ability and promote the ne reform in rural areas prehensively, This research carried on an investigation of secondary school teachers ′teaching ability, based on questionnaires collected from rural secondary students in Tian shui,Gansu province.
