新形势下河北省商业银行会计风险防范探析 马晓东 摘 要：当前金融犯罪案件呈现高发态势，导致银行的资金和信誉都受到严重的威胁。河北 省商业银行的会计风险对于银行的持续经营发展具有重要的影响，并且在当前复杂多样的新 形势下，河北省商业银行面临的会计风险也呈现出多样化的趋势。因此，对于河北省商业银 行会计风险的有效防范和解决措施的多角度、全方面探究，成为保证河北省商业银行凭借较 为可靠的会计信息做出合理、有效的经济决策的重要保障，是使河北省商业银行的经济活动、 经营管理取得有效成果的支持力量。本论文立足于新的经济形势，针对河北省商业银行的会 计风险的现状，进行深层次的探究，并建立河北省商业银行会计风险模型，发现会计风险的 来源及成因，在问题的根本上采取有针对性的防范措施，创造稳定、可靠、有效的银行会计 管理及经营模式，为河北省商业银行的长期持续快速发展提供有力支持。 关键词：河北省；商业银行；会计风险；风险防范 Abstract ： The current financial crimes present high-risk situation, Banks capital and credit are subject to serious threat. Commercial bank accounting risk to a bank in Hebei province continuous operation and development has an important influence, and in the current complex and varied under the new situation, the accounting risk to commercial bank in Hebei province also presents the trend of diversification. For Hebei province commercial bank accounting risk, therefore, effective measures to prevent and solve the multiple perspectives, at all levels, and explore for commercial bank in Hebei province with relatively reliable accounting information to make a reasonable and effective plays an important role in promoting the economic decisions, in Hebei province is to make the economic activities of commercial Banks, the effective achievements management support. In this paper, based on the new economic situation, in view of the situation of commercial bank accounting risk, Hebei province, to explore deep found the source and the causes of accounting risk, the problem of the root targeted prevention measures, to create a stable, reliable and effective bank accounting management and business model, for the long-term sustained and rapid development of commercial bank in Hebei province to provide strong support.
