摘 要 为了解决我国中小企业的融资难问题，商业银行陆续推出了供应链融资业务，这一 业务的实施也受到了广泛的关注，进而引发了学术研究的热潮。 以往的研究大多注重从存货质押融资业务中每个主体的角度来讨论该业务的重大 意义、种种风险及风险的控制和防范问题，并且以理论上的研究为主，本文在对每个业 务主体的定位及风险分析基础之上，通过存货质押融资业务中各个主体之间关系的综合 研究，深入探讨了参与存货质押融资业务的商业银行、物流企业和融资企业三个主体的 行为策略和两两之间的决策影响关系，通过构建三方博弈模型来寻找三者之间的博弈均 衡，根据模型的均衡解讨论各种因素对于三方主体决策行为的影响。 最后，文章提出存货质押融资业务的发展与完善需要商业银行、融资企业及物流公 司等多方的共同努力，并从不同角度提出了一些政策建议。 关键词：存货质押融资；三方博弈；优化策略 I ABSTRACT In order to solve the problem of financing of SMEs in our country, commercial banks launched a supply chain financing business, the implementation of the business has also been widespread concerned, triggering a boom of academic research..
