The Research of Aerospace Static Test Method Based on M793 Aero Test system 1. Introduction Beijing Institute of Structure and Environment Engineering mainly engages in launch vehicle testing. And the M793 Aero test system (herein after referred to as M793 system) is widely used in Launch Vehicle testing. The M793 system was employed by statics test for launch vehicle to apply load, and it played a key role for test success, as test data from M793 system could provide reliable basis for development of launch vehicle. The higher requirements were demand by Launch Vehicle designers. A QC key task team -Static research QCC -was founded to complete the requirements. The QC team had 16 members totally, and had been awarded with “Excellent Quality Management Team in Aerospace Industry” in 2010. It was an excellent team that not only had rich test experience and operation skill, but also had continuous innovation ability. M793 system was shown in Fig.1. Fig.1 M793 system 2. Propose Theme and Goals 2.1 Propose Theme The higher requirements demand by Launch Vehicle designers were: 0.5% accuracy at least and the protection response time ≤2s. The current accuracy was 1% and current protection response time ≤2s. On May 7 2014, the QC team reviewed related technical document of M793 system. It found that the accuracy was determined by accuracy of every subsystem inside M793 system and accuracy of every subsystem was independent without disturbance to each other; the protection response time was determined by response time of every subsystem inside M793 system and response time of every subsystem was independent without disturbance to each other.
