Module 2 Unit 4 教案1 第一课时 一、教学重点 词汇:Tall, short, big, thin … 句型:This is… (name) He’s/ she’s… (Adj) 二、教学目标 1、呈现代表高矮胖瘦的典型人物形象,引出Look and learn中描述人物体型特征的四个形容词,帮助学生达成词汇学习的目标。 2、通过Listen and say 的情景对话,帮助学生学习本单元的核心句型This is…和He is/ She is… Pre-task preparations 1、播放Lesson 1 A部分,让学生听并跟唱,活跃课堂气氛。 2、用多媒体或挂图呈现分别代表高、矮、胖、瘦这四种体形的典型人物形象,让学生通过图片直观地感受tall,short,big和thin这四个形容词的意思。 While-task procedures 1、分别呈现Joe和Peter的图片,但是遮住人物的 脸,让学生猜猜照片中的人是谁。通过这一活动引出一对反义词big和thin,然后出示更多不同体形的人物图片,让学生说说谁瘦谁胖。 T: (show the picture of Joe) Who is this? SI: Peter. T: No, he isnt Peter. S2: Joe. T: (show the full picture of Joe) Yes, this is Joe. Joe is fat. T: (show the picture of Peter) Who is he? Is he Joe? S1: No. T: Who is he? S2: Peter. T: (show the full picture of Peter) Yes, this is Peter. Peter is not fat. Hes thin. (point to the thin pupils in the class)~is thin.….Is thin too. T: (show more pictures of fat or thin people) Who is fat/thin…? 2、邀请一高一矮两个学生背靠背站在前面,量 一量他们的身高并将数字写在黑板上,通过介绍引出一对反义词tall和short。 请两个女生或两个男生(一高一矮)上前来背靠背站着,让他们用I’m…She’s/He’s…句型 说一说身高情况。 T: Tell me who is tall and who is short. S1: I’m tall. (point to S2) She’s short. S2: I’m short. (point to Sl) She’s tall. 3、逐一呈现教材的主线人物,通过问答学习本单元的新句型This is…(name)和He’s/She’s…。 T: (point to Peter) Look! Who is he? Is he Peter? Ss: Yes. T: Right. This is Peter. Follow me, class. This is Peter. He’s thin. Ss: This is Peter. He’s thin. T: Who is she? Ss: Kitty. T: Yes. This is Kitty. She’s thin. Ss: This is Kitty. She’s thin. 4、教师先呈现挂图中几个人物的图片,用句型 This is…He’s/She’s…描述他们的体形特征。 然后让学生拿着各自朋友的照片两人一组互相介绍。 T: (point the picture of John) this is John. He’s tall. (point the picture of Linda) This is Linda. Shes thin.
