（2011届） 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 名 称： 供应链 供应链信息共享的风险与效益研究 学 院（部）： 财经学院 专 业： 信息管理与信息系统 学 生 姓 名： 班 级： 071班 学号 07402700113 指导教师姓名： 职称 讲 师 最终评定成绩： 2011 年6月摘 要 随着信息技术的高度发展，供应链管理模式下的各企业形成了一个动态的联盟，信息资源的重新配置、合并或分享，使得供应链中的众多成员实现了协同的利益。因此，信息共享目的在于把供应链中的供应商、分销商、零售商等联系在一起，并对之优化，使各个相关企业形成一个融会贯通的网络整体，为各个相互合作的企业带来最大的效益。人们发现，信息在供应链内部流动的过程中，会出现不同程度的信息扭曲现象，造成了运作成本和风险的增加。本文通过分析产生供应链信息共享风险的原因，对不同的信息共享风险的原因，有针对性的提出了各种解决方案，从而规避供应链信息共享的风险，使供应链合作企业间效益达到最大。在供应链各节点企业实现准确、实时、有效的信息共享，使各成员企业的运作达到同步性和获得一致性，这样才可能使供应链系统成本更低，效益更高。 关键词：供应链管理；信息共享；牛鞭效应 ABSTRACT With a highly developed of information technology, supply chain management mode of each enterprise has formed a dynamic alliance, information resource reconfigured, merger or and sharing, makes the supply chain numerous members of the collaborative interests. Therefore, information sharing aims to put the supply chain suppliers, distributors and retailers relates in together, and optimization, make each related enterprises to form a mastery of network overall, for each cooperative enterprise to bring the greatest benefit. People found in supply chain, information flow process, will appear different degree of information distortions, caused the operation cost and increased risk.
