As to the roles of such activities, the core of the e ucation lies in the establishment of institutions, w hich is not only the evelopment an perfection of impeachments an rew ar s, but the basis an prerequisite for ispatching officials an the gentry. Likew ise, the impeachments, rew ar s an ispatch of officials an the gentry enrich the content of the e ucation in strategies an metho s, since the former is a rew ar an punishment mechanism to raise the efficiency of the e ucation an the latter is a w ay of communication to expan the space of the e ucation.
