The results showed that the deposition quantity of total anthraquinone had the trend of decreasing with increasing of the ethanol’s volume on the same concentration, while those had the trend of increasing with increasing of ethanol concentration on the same volume. Meanwhile, it also suggested that 75% ethanol was helpful for the production of the total anthraquinone.
