Feel OPL
We find in our daily work, it is always difficult to arrange training which needs comparatively long time;
When we get chances, we but find the content of the trainings easily forgotten by the trainees due to our lack of training experience and improper training means;
One good solution is to use OPL, which allows us to arrange efficient training by taking a very short time during daily meeting and production;
Meanwhile, OPL can also be an efficient tool in dealing with maintenance of equipment.

What is OPL
OPL, ie, One Point Lesson, is courses that are edited by employees in the aim of teaching themselves and exchanging experience;
Content: can be various concerning fundamentals, internal structures, working methods, examination methods, partial improvement, etc.
Time: controlled within 5 to 10 minutes but long enough to master basic training content
