不同栽培技术措施对多年植龄黄精叶片数量的影响 　　摘要 2013年始，采取A1（遮荫）、A2（全光照）、B1（灌溉）和B2（自然降水）2因素2水平4个处理方法进行人工驯化栽培野生黄精，研究A与B不同因素、不同处理对不同植龄黄精叶片数量的影响及同一栽培条件下不同植龄黄精叶片数量的变化。结果表明：处理A1与处理A2对一年植龄和二年植龄黄精叶片数量影响均存在极显著差异，后者高于前者，一年植龄黄精叶片数量处理A1与处理A2相比5―8月增幅分别为32.20%、39.96%、44.39%、46.30%，二年植龄的增幅分别为23.28%、29.20%、33.39%、36.21%。采取遮荫措施对提高黄精叶片数量非常重要。灌溉仅在一年植龄黄精出苗期对叶片数量影响显著，对其余各期及二年植龄黄精整个生长期均无显著影响。相同栽培条件下，各处理各月二年植龄黄精叶片数量比一年植龄的显著增加。 　　关键词 栽培措施；黄精；叶片数量；影响 　　中图分类号 S567 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1007-5739（2017）01-0058-02 　　Effects of Different Cultivation Measures on Leaves Number of Planting Polygonatum Years of Age 　　ZHANG Lei-guang YANG Bo XU Chang-hong LI Hai WANG Bao-gui GAO Yun-xin LI Li 　　（Jilin Academy of Agricultural Science，Taonan Integrated Test Station，Taonan Jilin 137100） 　　Abstract Beginning in 2013，taking two factors and two levels of A1（shade），A2（light），B1（irrigation）and B2（natural precipitation）and four treatment methods to cultivate wild Polygonatum in artificial domestication for two years.Studding the effects of different factors A and B and different treatment on the different aged Polygonatum leaf number and the contrast of the different aged leaves number of polygonatum in the same cultivation condition.The results showed that there were significant difference of leaf number from factor A between one aged and two years aged of Polygonatum，the latter was higher than the earlier.Compared with A2，The leaf number ratio rowth from May to August of A1 in a year planting age of Polygonatum were 32.20%，39.96%，44.39% and 46.30%.The ratio rowth two years aged were 23.28%，29.20%，33.39% and 36.21%.Take the shaded plants is very important for raising the number of blades.Effects of irrigation on leaf number were significantly only in seedling stage in a year aged Polygonatum，were no significant effect on the rest of the period of a year aged all period of the two years age of planting polygonatum.Under the same culture conditions，the leaf number of each month in two years planting Polygonatum were higher than a y
