Authorization Agreement on Use of Video Effects Party A:????? Address: Legal Representative: Contact Person: Tel: Party B: ID Number: Address: Tel: Through adequate consultation between both parties, Party B voluntarily grants authorization to Part A for compensated use of the copyrights of the Video Effects created by Party B (the “Authorization”), with the relating matters agreed upon as follows: Term and Fees of Authorization The term of Authorization shall be from ____________ to ____________. Authorization Fees shall be RMB ______________________ Only. Payment method: Party A shall pay Party B 50% of the Authorization Fees (i.e. RMB ______________________ Only) within ________ days following execution of this Agreement, and then pay the remaining 50% (i.e. RMB ______________________ Only) after Party B completes creation of the Video Effects specified herein as required by Party A and delivers the same to Party A for confirmation. Contents of Authorization The Video Effects specified herein shall mean the Video Effects independently created by Party B which are clear in copyrights ownership and able to be effectively used on Party A’s platforms such as software and website. Payment of the Authorization Fees shall not be deemed as consequent transfer of the copyrights of the Video Effects. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties Obligations of Party A: 3.1.1 Party A shall have the obligation to provide Party B with its company information or any other information which Party B requests as necessary.
