毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 我国中小企业国际贸易融资的问题与对策 摘 要 国际贸易融资是一种围绕国际贸易结算的各个环节开展的资金和信用融通的活动。它是现代商业银行为进出口商所提供的金融服务，既能方便国际贸易，又能促进银行自身业务的拓展。国际贸易融资业务集中间业务与资产业务于一体，对银行和对进出口企业均有着积极的影响。目前中小企业已经成为我国外贸领域一支重要的力量，创造了近60%的国民生产总值，为社会带来了超过75%的就业机会，但国际贸易融资存在融资形式单一、操作环节复杂等问题，融资难制约着中小企业外贸业务的发展。本文主要论述了中小企业在贸易融资中存在的问题，并针对中小企业融资存在的提出了相关的对策?关键词:融资方式　存在问题International trade finance are carried out by all aspects of capital and credit facilities arround the settlement of internatonal trade. It is financial service that modern commercial banks provide for importers and exports. It not only facilitate international trade but also promote business expansion of the bank itself. International trade financing operations focus on the business and assets business in one of the banks and have a positive impact on the import and export enterprises. Now small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important force in foreign trade field. Contribution from small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for 60 percent of the national GDP and more than 75percent enployment opportunity. However, International trade financing suffers from singal financing forms and complex operational links. Financing difficulty restricts the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in foreign trade business. This paper demonstrates the problem of the international trade fianancing in China and point out the issue which should pay attention to the direction of development. Key words: International trade Means of financing Problems Strategy Small and medium-sized enterprises 1、中国中小企业国际贸易融资现状分析1.1企业出口方面近年以来，中国中小企业发展迅猛，其对国民经济的贡献率不断提高?国际贸易融资是指。金融危机的冲击下，全球贸易融资额大幅下降，世界贸易组织统计，2009年全球贸易融资缺口为1000亿美元，世界银行则认为缺口可能3000亿美元。贸易融资的缺乏导致国际贸易大幅滑坡，阻碍全球经济复苏。我国也不例外。正是国际贸易融资的下降，极大地阻碍了我国出口复苏。当前国际贸易融资的来源和形式都发生了变化。2006年我国中小企业已达4200万户(包括个体工商户)，约占全国企业总数的99.8 % 中小企业已成为中国外贸领域一支力量。但由于中小企业起步晚，自有资金积累少，资金短缺中小企业，中国中小企业在贸易融资过程中存在诸多困难。 ? ? 中国中小企业担保机构很少，到2007年底，中国中小企业出口融资信用担保机构只有3729个，担保总额为5049亿元、受保企业为21.65万户。虽然中小企业出口信
