我国中小板IPO抑价现象研究 摘要 2004年5月17日，我国中小企业板设立，它属于在创业板推出前的制度上的过渡形式，担负着促进我国高科技和高成长性企业发展的重任，因此在我国证券市场上占有极为特殊又重要的地位。 从国际证券市场的普遍实践来看，新股发行价格往往会低于新股上市首日的价格，即存在着新股的发行抑价现象。在目前我国中小企业板IPO抑价现象尤为突出以及理论界鲜见对我国中小企业板的发行抑价现象进行系统研究的情况下，本文试图在借鉴国外相关研究的基础上，采用理论分析和实证研究相结合的方法，对我国中小板IPO的发行抑价现象进行全面考察。首先对中小企业板做了相关背景介绍，其次，对中小板IPO抑价现象进行了制度因素分析，最后对其进行了实证研究并在政策上提出建议。 关键词：中小板；首次公开发行；抑价 Abstract May 17, 2004, Chinas SME board set up, it is pre-launch of the GEM system of transitional forms, charged with the promotion of Chinas high-tech and high-growth business development responsibilities, so in our stock market holds great special and important position. Chinas SME board in the current IPO underpricing phenomenon, and theoretical circles particularly rare on the issue of Chinas SME board underpricing phenomenon in the case of system, this paper tried to draw on the basis of overseas research, using theoretical analysis and empirical method of combining research on the issue of Chinas small and medium plate IPO Underpricing full investigation. First on the SME board to do the relevant background information, and secondly, on the small plates phenomenon of IPO underpricing institutional factors, were also carried out empirical research and policy recommendations.
