南通大学化学化工学院 2016年5月  摘要涤纶工业丝是指高强、粗旦的涤纶工业用长丝，其纤度不小于550dtex。根据其性能可分为高强低伸型(普通标准型)、高模低收缩型等。其中高模低收缩型涤纶工业丝由于具有断裂强度大、弹性模量高、延伸率低、耐冲击性好等优良性能，在轮胎和机械橡胶制品中有逐步取代普通标准型涤纶工业丝的趋势。 本设计采用国产高粘聚切片为原料，以FDY一步法进行纺丝。设计出一条合理的生产工艺流程，设定各个工艺参数和设备，通过固相缩聚，纺丝，卷绕，生产出1100dtex/210F, 16dtex/192F, 880dtex/210F三种规格的涤纶工业丝，以满足市场需求。 关键词：涤纶工业丝工艺 ABSTRACT Polyester industrial yarn refers to high-strength, coarse denier for industrial use of polyester filament, and its denier is large than 550dtex.
