上海某社区65岁以上老年人健康体检结果现况分析 韩鹏飞（上海市徐汇区天平街道社区卫生服务中心，200031上海） 【摘要】 目的 通过对上海市徐汇区天平街道65岁以上老年人体检结果进行分析，了解本社区老年人的健康现状，为进一步开展慢性病管理、健康教育工作提供依据。方法 每人体检项目由区卫生局统一规定，所有自愿参加体检的老年人有权选择具体体检项目。全科团队负责发放健康评估China) [Abstract] Objective To get information of their health status quo by analyzing the results of health checkup of the elderly above 65 years old by Tianping Community Health Service Center of Shanghai Xuhui District in order to provide the basis for the management of chronic diseases and health education.Methods All the items of health checkup are decided by Xuhui District Health Bureau and all the elderly over 65 have the rights to choose the items by themselves.The GP team is responsible for the health assessment and health education.Results 63.32% of the examinees have the history of hypertension, 64.89%(523/806)of whom were found having abnormal blood pressure during health checkup.43.3%(202/467) of the examinees without hypertension history were found having abnormal blood pressure.674 people took the blood test,19.58% of whom were found having elevation of fasting blood glucose level.11.42% of the examinees without diabetes history were found having high fasting blood glucose level.21.81% of the examinees were found having high serum uric acid levels.11.13%(75/674)of the examinees were found having high total blood cholesterol (TC).35.46%(239/674)having high serum triglyceride(TG)level, 46.29%(312/674) having increased low density lipoprotein of cholesterol (LDL-C). Among the 674 examinees, the percentage of female with high blood cholesterol (TC)(15.50%)is higher than male（4%）low density lipoprotein of cholesterol (LDL-C) (50.00%) is higher than male(40.88%), too. These differences are statistically significant.Conclusion According to the results of health checkup, the number of examinees with abnormal blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and blood uric acid is quite high.There are much work waiting to be done by GPs for health education and healtheducation and mea
