According to the latest statistics, China has become the worlds third-largest global trade country which plays a key role to the development of international trade. Ship generation and navigation are closely related, dedicated to provide high quality principal owner and shipping agency service, a professional shipping agency as the base, and gradually developed to omni-directional logistics areas, including charter, freight forwarders, consult, yard and other related logistics services for the shipping industry development, plays a reckoned role. At the same time, freight enterprise also exposed many problems affecting the shipping enterprise should play a role.This paper attempts to present situation of our country shipping agent enterprises to analyzing the effect of shipping to this type enterprise, discusses how was the stable development, then aims at the development of internship which proposed this type of enterprise how to strengthen the service consciousness to improve the management level, make our ship generation enterprise have a great development, eventually to promote shipping industry healthy and rapid development.
