齿轮齿条式转向器设计 摘 要 该设计在对齿轮齿条式转向器的结构及工作原理进行分析的基础上，完成齿轮齿条动力总成的设计。包括齿轮齿条式转向器、转向助力装置、动力缸、转向控制阀总成及齿轮、齿条、动力缸等零件的设计，同时还进行了相关校核工作。经校核计算及理论分析，该齿轮齿条式转向器动力总成能够满足相关规范及工作要求。 对于只用前桥转向的三轴汽车，由于中轮和后轮的轴线总是平行的，故不存在理想的转向中心。计算转弯半径时，可以用一根与中、后轮轴线等距离的平行线作为假想的与原三轴汽车相当的双轴汽车的后轮轴线。 对于用第一、第三两车桥转向的三轴汽车，可以第二桥车轮轴线为基线，分别利用上式求出第一桥和第三桥两侧车轮偏转角之间的理想关系式，作为设计上述两车桥的转向梯形的依据。动力转向系除具有以上三大部件外，其最主要的动力来源是转向助力装置。由于转向助力装置最常用的是一套液压系统，因此也就离不开泵、油管、阀、活塞和储油罐，它们分别相当于电路系统中的电池、导线、开关、电机和地线的作用。 The steering assembly with rack and pinion was designed based on the analyse of the structure and working principle of steering gear.The design included some assemblys,suah as steering gear,power steering gear,steering control valve.The design included some element too,such as rack,pinion,power steering cylinder,verifications were done at the same time.The steering gear could work and meet the related standards.
