4·94 · 　Journal of Practical Orthopedics Vol. 9 ,No. 6 ,Dec. 2003 　 ( ) 文章编号 2003 后路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折 韦良臣 ,尹庆水 ,吴增晖 ,夏 　虹 ,刘景发 (广州军区总医院 ,广东 广州 510010) 　　摘要 : 目的:探讨后路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法 :应用经椎弓根螺钉内固定系统治疗 胸腰椎骨折脱位 56 例 ,其中 Steffee 8 例 ,RF 11 例 ,AF 21 例 ,Tenor 12 例 ,USS 4 例 ,分别对其进行后路减压、植骨融合 , 比较其神经功能恢复及骨折愈合情况。结果:42 例获得随访 ,时间 5～24 个月 ,神经功能按 Frankel 法除 5 例 A 级无恢 复外 ,其他级别有 1～3 级的恢复。5 例骨折复位不满意或固定失败 ,其余骨折均顺利愈合。结论 :椎弓根螺钉能提供 短节段脊柱内固定 ,重建脊柱稳定性 ,脊柱融合率高 ,临床效果满意。 关键词 :胸腰椎骨折 ;椎弓根钉内固定 中图分类号:R683. 2 　　文献标识码 :A Pedicle Screw Fixation in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Fracture :Report of 56 cases WEI Liangchen ,YIN Qingshui ,WU Zenghui ,XIA Hong ,LIU Jingfa ( ) Department of Orthopaedics ,Guangzhou Army General Hospital ,Guangzhou 510010 ,China Abstract :Objective :To study and evaluate the clinical results of pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar frac ture. Methods :fiftysix cases of thoracolumbar fracture were treated with posterior decompression bone grafting and pedicle screw fixa ( ) tion Steffee 8 cases ,RF 11 cases ,AF 21 cases ,Tenor 12 cases ,USS 4 cases ,observed the nerver function recovery and fracture u nion. Results :fortytwo cases were followedup for 5～24 months ,1～3 degree recovery of nerver function were achieved in all except 5 cases with Frankel A damaged. Complete fusion of bone graft were observed in thirtyseven cases ,the other 5 cases failed with unsat isfactory reduction of fixation problems. Conclusion : Pedicle
