[Abstract] Objective: To elucidate the imcompati le mechanism of traditional Chinese Medicine, the effect of
Aconitum coadministration with Lilac Daphne on the main enzyme activity, such as CYP1A2, CYP2E1 and CYP3A1P2.
Methods: CYP1A2 and CYP2E1 activities were quantitated y high performance liquid chromatographic( HPLC) assay;
CYP3A1P2 activity was quantitated y UV chromatography. Resu ts: Aconitum coadministration with Lilac Daphne
o viously promoted the activities of CYP1A2, CYP2E1 and CYP3A1P2(P 0105~ 01001) . Conc usion: The effect on the
enzymes activity of CYP1A2CYP2E1CYP3A1P2 of A conitum coadministration with Lilac Daphne may change the toxic
component. s meta olism and influence phamarceutical effect and toxicity.The her -her interaction may e occur.
