中国科技论文在线 基于日照分析的哈尔滨高层住区容积率研 究# 赵天宇，程文，马毅* 5 （哈尔滨工业大学建筑学院，哈尔滨150001 ） 摘要：由于城市建设用地的日益紧张及开发效益的诉求，城市住宅逐渐向高层及超高层发展。 哈尔滨地处高纬度地区，围绕住宅日照的规范标准、用地效益、法律纠纷等复杂要素导致规 划设计中的种种困难。本研究哈尔滨典型高层住区的调研为基础，通过标准布局模式（住宅 10 南北朝向）及全日照布局模式（住宅东西朝向）两种分析模型，对满足国家日照标准条件下 的多种形式进行模拟与数据对比，探究高层住区的容积率变化特征及不同条件下日照效果的 差异，为哈尔滨高层住区的规划提供一定的技术参考与设计依据。 关键词：住房与社区建设规划；住宅日照；容积率；住区布局 中图分类号：TU984.12 15 Floor area ratio of Harbin senior residential area based on sunshine analysis ZHAO Tianyu, CHENG Wen, MA Yi (School of Architecture, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001) 20 Abstract : Due to the shortage of the urban construction land and the demend for the development benefit, an increasing number of high-rise and super high-rise residential buildings come out. Harbin is located in the high latitudes. A lot of serious problems in urban planning parctices are caused by complex factors including standards of residential sunshine, development benefit and legal disputes. This paper is based on the investigation of Harbin typical high-rise residential area. 25 Through constrasting and analysing standard layout model (residence toward the Southern orientiation) and the the sunshine layout model (residence toward the eastern orientiation), we got the changing features of FAR of high-rise resdiential area and sunshine difference of the tow models.
