That is, the culture of Hakkas earth buildings expresses not only the core thoughts of Han people from North China, but also the regional differences of Hakkas culture. And then, it conforms to presentation of homeland heritage including family, lineage and homeland. Hakkas earth buildings has been material symbol of Hakkas, it is a map of culture of Hakkas. We must abide by the primordial statement of earth-buildings cultural system when we interpretate earth-buildings heritage ，and respect Hakkas leading factor in the way to develop the earth buildings. Because primordial owners have not lost self-identity and heritage relationship completely about earth-buildings heritage when ownership has been transformed in the background of post-morden. Key words: earth-buildings, Hakkas, homeland heritage 福建土楼作为我国2008年世界文化遗产唯一申报项目正式向联合国申报。北京时间2008年7月7 日， 在加拿大魁北克城举行的第32届世界遗产大会上，46座福建土楼被正式列入 《世界遗产名录》，其中绝 大部分是客家土楼。对于作为世界文化遗产的客家土楼及土楼文化，目前需要集中解决的问题是在对 客家土楼文化内涵的系统梳理基础上，对于土楼遗产的主体性、表述与被表述以及发展道路的选择等。
