侧分型机构分析及灯罩注射模具设计 摘要：塑料注射模具主要是用于成型热塑性塑料制件，在热固性塑料的成型中也得到了广泛应用。与其他模具相比，注射模具成型的塑料制件内在和外观质量均较好，生产效率特别高。本文以侧分型机构和灯罩注射模具为研究对象，详细的分析了侧分型机构的几种类型，并且阐述了灯罩注射模具的设计过程。侧分型机构有手动、液压、机动等三大类型，机动侧分型机构根据传动零件的不同，可分为斜导柱、斜滑块、弯销、斜导槽和齿轮齿条等许多不同类型的侧分型机构。灯罩注射模具设计的过程包括塑件工艺性分析、模具结构的设计、注射机的选用、浇注系统设计、排气系统设计、冷却系统设计和注射机有关参数的校核。塑料制件有部分螺纹，采用斜导柱-滑块侧分型机构来抽螺纹，不仅制造容易、价格低，而且精度符合要求。 关键词：侧分型机构 工艺分析 注射模具设计 The side parting mechanism of analysis and the design of lampshade injection mould Abstract：The plastic injection mold is mainly used for the molding of thermoplastic plastic product, has been widely used in the molding of thermosetting plastics. Compared with other mold, injection molding plastic product appearance and intrinsic quality is good, the production efficiency is very high. In this paper, a side parting mechanism and the injection mould as the research object, a detailed analysis of several types of side parting mechanism, and expounds the design process of the injection mould. The side parting mechanism can be divided into manual, hydraulic, motor three types, motor side parting mechanism according to the transmission parts of different, can be divided into oblique guide pillar, inclined sliding block, bending pin, oblique guide slot and a rack and pinion and so on many different types of side parting mechanism.Design process including the plastic process analysis, mold structure design, the selection of injection machine, gating system design, design of the exhaust system, cooling system design and the injection machine and check the related parameters. Plastic part of thread, adopt oblique to lead post - slide side parting mechanism to pull the thread, not only easy manufacture, low price, and the accuracy meets the requirements.
