20钢圆柱体油淬过程温度场模拟 摘要：现代工业生产中，对20钢热处理前后组织和性能进行分析，20钢的性能强度比15号钢稍高，很少淬火，无回火脆性。冷变形塑性高、一般供弯曲、压延、弯边和锤拱等加工，电弧焊和接触焊的焊接性能好，气焊时厚度小，外形要求严格或形状复杂的制件上易发生裂纹。切削加工性冷拔或正火状态较退火状态好、一般用于制造受力不大而韧性要求高的。该钢属于优质低碳碳素钢，冷挤压、渗碳淬硬钢。该钢强度低，韧性、塑性和焊接性均好。 通过计算机进行有限元分析，对20钢圆柱体的加热过程建立各个时间温度场分布图，再对其油淬过程建立各个时间的温度分布图，并对20钢圆柱体上特殊点做出温度随时间变化的曲线图，结果表明，20钢热处理中，加热过程与油淬过程温度场都先由外向内变化，加热过程温度由外向内逐层增高，油淬过程温度由外向内逐渐降低，最后达到加热温度和油淬用淬火油的温度。 关键词：20钢，有限元分析，热处理，温度场Simulation of 20 steel cylinder oil quenching temperature field Abstract：In modern industrial production.20 steel microstructure and properties before and after heat treatment were analyzed, modern industrial production, the performance of 20 steel strength steel is slightly higher than the 15th, with little quenching, no temper brittleness. The finite element analysis by computer, the heating process on the 20 steel cylinder to establish distribution at different time temperature field, the temperature distribution of the oil quenching process set up each time, the graph and the special points on the 20 steel cylinder with time change temperature, the results show, the 20 steel heat treatment, change the temperature field and oil quenching are from outer to inner heating, temperature of the heating process by the outside layer to increase the oil quenching process, the temperature decreases gradually from outside to inside, and finally achieve the heating temperature and oil quenching temperature.
