住宅建筑设计中节能措施应用探究 　　摘要：住宅建筑设计中，如果要达到高舒适度和低能耗标准，需要较多的技术支撑和设计经验，建筑师要充分考虑住宅建筑规划布局等方面的因素。目前，我国正处于城镇化、工业化的重要发展阶段，其中建筑能量的消耗是我国能源消耗的重要部分之一，大约占据总能耗的46.7%（住宅能耗又占较大比例）。所以关于住宅建筑，可从其建筑的设计、节能设计、规划设计及能源利用等角度进行分析。在现在的节能建筑中，充分、合理的利用新能源，从科学角度出发，符合现代科技的可持续发展，现代人们的住宅建筑的绿色理念。倡导绿色环保、低碳、节能是目前全世界，乃至中国最重要的急需解决的问题。 关键词：住宅建筑；建筑节能；节能措施 Abstract: In the design of residential buildings, if you want to achieve high comfort and low energy consumption standards, the need for technical support and design experience more, architects should fully consider the factors of residential construction planning layout etc.. Key words: residential building; building energy efficiency; energy-saving measures 中图分类号：TU2 文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-2104（2013） 现代科技，讲究创新；现代建筑，讲究文化。在历史发展迅速的今天，现代建筑在融合历史文化的同时，也需要对各自不同的地域、不同的文化背景、不同的经济状况作出分析，符合自己的，才是最好的。不能一味的移植、模仿其他的文化建筑，那是一种对文化的不尊重，对自己国家的不尊重。 现在的文化影响对我们当代人影响极大，受社会环境的影响，居民生活水平的提高，人们的审美观也有了新的方向。现在的建筑发展有一种追求华丽、追求高贵的趋势。庞大、华丽才能彰显自己的身份，自己的经济地位，是现代建筑的明显标志。在建筑规划的设计过程中没有把节能放在首位。2010年上海世博主导绿色世博，倡导国民绿色环保，低碳节能，我们应该把这些应用到实践之中，而不是拿出来做宣传，放在嘴上说说而已的。实践才最重要！ 住宅，是我们生活中不可缺少的，居住环境的舒适与节能是同步的，我们在讲求环境舒适的时候，必须把环保节能放在身边，适应国家的国情，加快城市的生态建设，为国家的发展尽自己的微薄之力
