This workmanship suits all vessels under mooring condition in Zhejiang Shipbuilding Company. Adding English basic version A. 2 下水准备工作 2 preparation work for launch 2.1 接地点设立 码头上要设立专门的船舶接地点。接地点由金属制作，深埋地底，最好能深深插入海底（海底土壤导电率高，利于降低接地电阻）。接地点有专门接地线的桩头，桩头必须无生锈，无油漆覆盖。如没有桩头则需要把地线焊接在接地点上。 船体上要有专门接地接线桩，接地桩必须在水线以上干燥的地方，必须光洁无生锈，无油漆覆盖。 2.1 grounding point instauration Grounding point of vessel should be set up in dock. Grounding point is made of metal and insert into the bottom of the seabed (conductivity of the oil in seabed is high, so it can reduce resistance of grounding). There are stakes connect to grounding wire in grounding point, no rust and painting on the surface of stakes. If there is no stake, grounding wire should be welded in weld place. There are special grounding terminal in the hull, grounding terminal should above the water line in a dry place, keep it smooth, clean and no rust and no painting on it. 2.2 接地点检验要求 码头的接地点要一个月检查一次接地电阻，要求接地电阻为4欧姆以下。 2.2 inspection requirements of grounding point Grounding resistance in grounding point should be inspected every mouth in dock, keep grounding resistance under 4 ohm. 2.3 接地点检验方法 参考测接地电阻设备的厂家说明。一般是下面的两种方法： 可以用手摇接地电阻检测表。检测针一极与码头接地点连接，另外两极在接地点同一侧，基本在一条直线上。参照极距接地点20米，另一电极距离40米，摇表得出电阻值。 或者使用钳形接地电阻表，把钳子套于被测点，直接测量。 2.3 inspection methods of grounding point Reference the instruction of grounding
