Methods O serogroups were identified by agglutination with specific antisera, all strains were screened for 11 resistance genes and 9 virulence genes by PCR. Results Serum tests showed, 17 O serogroups were identified for 26 isolates, of which O1 and O115 were dominant serogroups; PCR results showed that isolates of not containing the detected resistance genes accounted for 12.50%, isolates of containing at least two and more accounted for
