探析我国园林绿化工程施工管理 　　摘要：随着园林事业的蓬勃发展,园林绿化施工企业日益增多,但我国园林绿化施工企业在工程项目管理上, 特别是工程成本管理方面存在着制度不完善、管理水平不高等诸多问题。文章从其现场管理、进度管理和成本管理等方面进行了分析，总结出行之有效的管理模式，以便于今后的工作更顺利地进行。 关键词：园林绿化；施工管理 Abstract: with the rapid development of gardens, landscaping construction enterprises is increasing, but our landscaping construction enterprises in the project management, especially the existing system is not perfect, the management level is not high, many problems of engineering cost management. This paper analyses from the aspects of site management, schedule management and cost management, summed up effective manageme
