SHANDONGＵＮＩＶＥＲＳＩＴＹ　ＯＦ　ＴＥＣＨＮＯＬＯＧＹ 毕业论文 水热均匀沉淀法合成锶钡替代 HAP地形貌与结构 学 院： 材料科学与工程 专 业： 材料科学与工程 学生姓名： 盛杰 学 号： 0911111097 指导教师： 王萍 2013年6 月 摘 要 羟基磷灰石（HAP）Sr2+和Ba2+替代地羟基磷灰石,并对在不同条件下合成地产物进行形貌以及物相分析,以研究不同地条件对羟基磷灰石形貌地影响. 通过实验得到了以下结论：(1)通过不同条件下地实验,找到了合成Sr2+替代羟基磷灰石地最佳条件,最佳条件下合成地羟基磷灰石纤维粗细均匀,长径比较好.(2)研究了不同地反应条件对Ba2+替代羟基磷灰石地影响.(3)离子替代会对晶体地晶格参数产生一定影响.(4)在不同地条件下,合成了形貌不同地羟基磷灰石,其中Sr2+替代地主要为纤维状,Ba2+替代地主要呈现为片状,有部分产物聚集为花簇状. 关键词：羟基磷灰石, 水热均匀沉淀法, 离子替代 Abstract Hydroxyapatite (HAP) has good biological activity, biocompatibility and a excellent characteristic of adsorption, has been widely applied in the areas of biomedical science, environmental management and so on. This thesis takes calcium oxide and phosphoric acid, strontium nitrate and barium chloride as its raw materials, uses nitric acid to regulate and control the acidity of the solution, adopts homogeneous precipitation method to synthesize hydroxyapatite which is replaced by Ba2 + and Sr2 + substitute. This thesis also makes a morphology and phase analysis about the products which is synthesized in different conditions, to study the influences of different conditions on hydroxyapatite. The main research results are as follows: (1) We find the optimum condition for synthesis of Sr2+ substitute hydroxyapatite through experiments under different conditions, and hydroxyapatite’s fibers synthesized under the best conditions even thickness, and its length diameter is better. (2) To study the effects of different reaction conditions on Ba2+ substituted hydroxyapatite.(3)Ion substitution has a certain effect on the crystal lattice parameters. (4) under different conditions, different hydroxyapatite morphology was synthesized. what are replaced by Sr2+ are predominantly in the shape of fibrous, what are replaced by Ba2+ replace mainly show as sheet material, and there are part of the products gathered in the shape of flowers.
