Methods : A retrospective analysis of medical records was conducted for three patients with intrathyroidal parathyroid tumor in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital between January 2011 and June 2013, and the review of the related literatures was performed. Results: All of the three patients with intrathyroidal parathyroid tumor were females, aged 37 to 56 years; of the three patients, two had parathyroid adenoma, one had parathyroid carcinoma.
