Team Leader: Dragon_Tom Team Members:You-fen_Cao Project Start Date:5 SEP 2003Project End Date: to keep on DEFINE Why Selected: DEFINE Only 4 weeks,the numbers of main boards reached 268PCS.If the components of main board which can be reused are worthy of 100RMB,it can be cost down 26.8 thousand RMB a month. Almost 80% main board which cannot be repaired is used to exercise for new staff.It is a kind of serious waste. MEASURE 1. Define the components of main board which can be reused Mainly considering the price of all components,we think 9 kinds of Consign IC to be reused temporarily.: IC104 IC202 IC211 IC303 IC501 IC504 IC605 IC607 IC801 2.Savings 1.Consuming that there are 30PCS main board which cannot be repaired in a month. 2.And the cost of worker is 9 RMB/H 3.Then the cost of martial is 14 RMB Total Savings=14875.632-1516=13359.632RMB MEASURE ANALYZE Data Analysis for Cost IMPROVE The Reduction of Unusable Components Due to reusing the cosign IC of main boards which cannot be repaired, it reduce the unusable components in CFTS and the consumption of Consign IC which take from P59.
