Firstly, this paper selects the typical eastern coastal eco-vulnerability zone as the research area to analyze its causes and pressure from two dimensions: eco-conservation and economic development. Secondly, it con⁃ structs a coupling development model of eco-conservation and economy. Thirdly, it selects Liaohe coastal delta, a typical eco-vulnerability zone, as a case to analyze the impacts of eco-conservation and economic development on the coastal eco-vul⁃ nerability zone.
