T e major results indicated t at t e genetic diversity of t e five populations in T. sinensis was ric . T ey were: ( 1) 341 bands were detected and 234 of t em were polymorp ic, accounted for 68. 6%. Two primers could amplify distinctive bands among t e five populations.
