浅议长输管道弯管测量和安装 　　摘要： 随着我国经济的发展及西部的开发，管道运输以其运量大、占地少、运输建设周期短、费用低、安全可靠、连续性强、耗能少、成本低、效益好而与铁路、公路、海运、民用航空共称为五大运输行业。近年我国建设了多条长距离管道，如相继建成并投产的兰-成-渝成品油管道、西气东输管道、西部原油成品油管道及正在建设的兰-郑-长成品油管道、西气东输二线管道等。一条长输管道因其距离长，要经过多种地形地貌，如西气东输工程，自西向东途经11省区，全长4000km，沿线途经戈壁、沙漠、黄土台塬、山区、丘陵、平原、水网等，尤其是经过山区与水网，地形复杂、水网密集，需要大量的弯管，因此弯管的测量与安装直接关系到工程的进度与质量。本文从重点介绍了长输管道的弯管的测量与安装。 关键词： 管道弯管测量安装 Abstract: along with the economic development of China and the western development, pipeline transport, with its large capacity, less land, transportation, short construction period, low cost, safe and reliable, strong continuity, less energy consumption, low cost and good benefit with railways, highways, Marine, civil aviation, referred to as the five major transport industry. This paper mainly introduces the long pipeline measurement and installation of pipe bending. Keywords: pipe bend measuring installation 中图分类号:U17文献标识码：Ａ 1管道方向改变的方法 管道水平和竖向的转变，可根据具体情况分别采用弹性敷设、现场冷弯弯管和预制热煨弯管来处理。一般在地形条件允许的情况下，要优先采用弹性敷设。采用弹性敷设时，弯曲曲线的曲率半径一般不小于钢管外径的1000 倍。当弹性敷设无法满足角度改变时优先采用冷弯弯管，曲率半径为R=40D；冷弯弯管无法满足角度改变时则采用热煨弯管，热煨弯管曲率半径为R=6D。 2弯管的测量 2.（1）测量工具 对于管道水平和竖向的转变的角度，除根据图纸外，还要进行现场实地测量。现场进行测量工具包括：全站仪
